| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the grand jury proceedings on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 10, 2010, and to direct the Westchester County District Attorney to file the transcript of the grand jury minutes, under seal, with the Clerk of this Court for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the judgment roll is enlarged to include the transcript of the grand jury proceedings, and on or before April 8, 2015, the Westchester County District Attorney shall file a transcript of the grand jury proceedings, under seal, with the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and those minutes shall remain sealed upon delivery.
