Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated August 14, 2013, which determined an appeal from a resentence of the County Court, Dutchess County, imposed February 28, 2012.
