Separate motions by the appellants Jay Levat and Westchester Medical Group, and the appellant Westchester County Health Care Corporation, to stay the retrial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 19, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the retrial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
