Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 15, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John Ned Lipsitz, Esq., sworn to February 12, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 2, 2015, and inserting in its place the date April 2, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 17, 2015, and inserting in its place the date April 17, 2015.
