Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on July 22, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kate H. Nepveu, Esq., dated February 20, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 29, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 25, 2015, and inserting in its place the date March 25, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 29, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 12, 2015, and inserting in its place the date April 9, 2015.
