Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jonathan E. Samon, Esq., dated February 3, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated February 12, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s motion is granted, and plaintiff-appellant shall perfect its appeal on or before April 13, 2015, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 5, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 13, 2015, and inserting in its place the date May 18, 2015.
