Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 17, 2014, for an award of an attorney's fee and costs, and to preclude the respondent from "filing court papers" against them without prior leave of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
