Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to the reconsideration/reargument motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration/reargument is denied, without costs. The appeal taken from the order of Supreme Court dated dated October 10, 2014 which, among other things, denied plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is assigned case No. 520539, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal in case No. 518380 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeal, as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice.
