Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to May 11, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals taken in case No. 519058 and case No. 520431 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and the two appeals taken in case No. 520432 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, unless appellant shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief in case No. 519058 and case No. 520431 and a record on appeal and brief in case No. 520432 on or before May 11, 2015, in which event the cross motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
