In the Matter of the Claim of MENSURA HINOVIC,
Appellant,
v DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION
GREENSTAR COOPERATIVE MARKET et al.,
Respondents.
WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD,
Respondent.
___________________________________
Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board.
Motion to dismiss appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to proceed as a poor person and to
proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board is denied, without costs, on the ground that the motion papers fail to set forth sufficient facts so that the merit of the contentions can be ascertained, as required by CPLR 1101 (a), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, without
costs.
