On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated February 9, 2015, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellants Andrea F. Sorokin, Sydna Sebastian, and Ramapo Anaesthesiologists, P.C., for leave to withdraw their appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 27, 2014, and August 27, 2014, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals by the appellants Andrea F. Sorokin, Sydna Sebastian, and Ramapo Anaesthesiologists, P.C., are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
