DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by the Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2014. By order on certification of this Court dated December 30, 2014, the following attorney was assigned as counsel for the respondent-respondent Coyretta W. on the appeal Janis A. Parazzelli, Esq., 99 Tulip Avenue, #405, Floral Park, N.Y., 11001. By order relieving counsel dated February 24, 2015, Ms. Parazzarelli was relieved of her assignment.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Janis A. Parazzelli is reassigned as counsel for the respondent-respondent; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-respondent shall serve and file her brief on the appeal on or before April 15, 2015.
