Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered January 4, 2013, to compel retired court reporter Rose Polo to furnish transcripts of all proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court reporter is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion. Appellant's attorney shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the court reporter within 10 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
