DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated September 11, 2014, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order is stayed on condition that the appeal be perfected by June 5, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or nonparty-respondent Stephen D. Kutner may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
