Motion by appellant on appeals from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated September 16, 2013, and an order of the same court dated October 31, 2013, respectively (appeal No. 2013-2438 K C), and from an order of the same court entered May 30, 2014 (appeal No. 2014-1663 K C), for summary reversal and for other related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated under appeal no. 2013-2438 K C; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
