| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 21, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 7, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing (1) the City Register Recording and Endorsement Page, Serial No. 012080, for the driveway easement which is the subject of this action, which easement was recorded in the Office of the City Register of the City of New York, Queens County, on February 20, 1998, (2) the page of the contract of sale between Harv Enterprises and Jenny O'Kane, dated October 10, 1997, containing paragraphs 13 through 25 of that contract, and (3) the page of the contract of sale between Harv Enterprises and Jenny O'Kane, dated October 10, 1997, containing the legend "Former Standard Form of New York Board of Title Underwriters, Distributed by First American Title Insurance Company of New York."
