Motion by the respondent-appellant-respondent Vicki P. on appeals and a cross appeal from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2013, and December 20, 2013, respectively, to strike the petitioner-respondent-appellant's brief or stated portions thereof, on the ground that the brief, or those portions of the brief, refer to matter dehors the record.
