Appeals by Sinisa Dokic from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 12, 2013, and August 15, 2013, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 16, 2015, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material on or before February 17, 2015. The appellant has not filed the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 16, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
