| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 2, 2013, to enlarge their time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 21, 2015, which directed them to make corrections to the appellants' appendix. Separate motion by the appellants for this Court to take judicial notice of "events which occurred" after the appeal was perfected.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 21, 2015, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for this Court to take judicial notice of "events which occurred" after the appeal was perfected and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 21, 2015, is granted, and the appellants' time to comply with that decison and order on motion is enlarged until April 10, 2015; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for this Court to take judicial notice of "events which occurred" after the appeal was perfected, is denied.
