| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION A) |
Motion by Shante Jamison on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2015, to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015, by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the word "and visitation shall be in accordance with any orders in effect before the order dated January 23, 2015, was issued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal," or, in the alternative to allow her to seek additional visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal, in the Family Court, Westchester County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to allow Shante Jamison to seek additional visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal, in the Family Court, Westchester County, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
