Motion by Kenya Pusey, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 3, 2014, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 12, 2013, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto; it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
