| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2014, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated December 3, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2015, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2014, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
