| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated November 4, 2009 (People v Alford, 67 AD3d 696), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 30, 2007. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
