| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered April 5, 2012, to include the transcripts of the minutes of his arraignment, to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before May 4, 2015, upon proper papers setting forth the issues sought to be raised by reference to the transcripts of the arraignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until June 1, 2015, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
