| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge her time to make a motion, inter alia, to reargue the appellant's prior motion for leave to file the appellant's brief and the transcripts of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings under seal on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 22, 2013, and for leave to serve a redacted copy of the appellant's brief upon the respondent, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to make a motion, inter alia, to reargue is enlarged until April 21, 2015; and it is further
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 21, 2015.
