Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 22, 2011, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel has filed a brief on his behalf.
