Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from a judgment and another judgment (denominated order) of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Seneca on April 28, 2014, and July 25, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Antwan Thompson dated February 18, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment entered July 25, 2014, is dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [f]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered April 28, 2014, is dismissed without prejudice to a motion to vacate dismissal of the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [g]).
