Renewed motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 30, 2012, to include the transcripts of his arraignment proceedings, the preliminary hearing and the grand jury proceedings to aid in the preparation of his pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as the appellant's pro se supplemental brief was served and filed on February 23, 2015.
