| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered August 3, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2013, the appellant was granted leave to file a pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until May 18, 2015, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
