ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 16, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 19, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "plaintiff-respondent's" and substituting therefor the words "defendant-respondent's."
