Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 5, 2013, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered December 7, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 13, 2015, the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
