ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 19, 2015 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "May 21, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "May 21, 2014."
