Appellant James Hills having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 24, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of James Hills sworn to March 9, 2015, and March 20, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Destin C. Santacrose, Esq., sworn to March 19, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 26, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 9, 2015, and inserting in its place the date June 5, 2015.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
