| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 11, 2014, to compel the respondents to file the disciplinary records of the defendants Xavier C. and Kevin L. under seal, in the office of the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 24, 2015, the respondents shall file the disciplinary records of the defendants Xavier C. and Kevin L., under seal, in the office of the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and those papers shall remain sealed upon filing.
