DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jill H. Silverman on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 21, 2013, which were dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - December 2014 Calendar," dated January 5, 2015, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) for failure to timely perfect, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated January 5, 2015, as dismissed the appeal, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the decision and order on motion of this court dated November 21, 2013, as dismissed the appeal, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that Jill H. Silverman's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 27, 2015, and the record or appendix and Jill H. Silverman's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
