Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated April 4, 2014, inter alia, for leave to withdraw its record and brief filed with the Clerk of this Court and for leave to serve and file a replacement record and brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to withdraw the record and appellant's brief which it has filed with the Clerk of this Court, and for leave to serve and file a replacement record and brief are granted, and the appellant may serve and file a replacement record and brief on or before April 24, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
