Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 13, 2014, inter alia, to disqualify Barbara Hoey, Esq., from representing the respondent on the appeal, and cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, for costs, sanctions, and attorney's fees and to strike material from the appellant's appendix.
