2014-09592, 2014-09593 Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, etc., respondent, v Peter Coleman, appellant. (Index No. 23791/09)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated May 21, 2014. By order to show cause dated February 17, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeals on the ground that the orders were issued on the appellant's default, and the application to enlarge time was held in abeyance in the interim.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application to enlarge time is denied as academic.
CHAMBERS, J.P., DICKERSON, LASALLE and BARROS, JJ., concur.
