Motion by the petitioner for leave to prosecute a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 10, 2014, on the original papers. Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied as academic, as the petitioner timely perfected the proceeding on March 10, 2015, by filing the record and the petitioner's brief.
