ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2015, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "June 23, 2013" and substituting therefor the date "June 23, 2014."
