Motion by the appellant, in effect, to vacate an order of this court dated January 20, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged, and appellant shall serve and file her brief on or before April 3, 2015.
