The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Adam L. Youngelman, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to strike the appellant's brief and to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered December 19, 2013. Cross motion by appellant for leave to serve and file an amended brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, appellant's original brief is stricken, and the amended appellant's brief is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after respondent's brief is served.
