| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 13, 2014, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 28, 2015, which directed her to serve and file a supplemental record on or before February 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before May 14, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the trial exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 15, 2015, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
