| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2013, for poor person and the assignment of counsel with respect to that appeal, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from a judgment of the same court rendered January 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from the order dated November 21, 2013, is denied without prejudice to filing a notice of appeal (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the order dated November 21, 2013, is denied with leave to renew after the notice of appeal is filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied.
