DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 11, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 8, 2014, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "for leave to file fewer than nine copies of the petitioner's brief " and substituting therefor the words "for the assignment of counsel."
