| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from three decrees of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, all dated December 19, 2014, and a decree of the same court dated December 24, 2014, and to amend the caption of the decree dated December 19, 2014, entered in the proceeding under File No. 341112.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file 12 copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the caption of the decree dated December 19, 2014, entered in the proceeding under File No. 341112, is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County.
