On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 23, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "County Court, Nassau County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
