ORDER ON APPLICATION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from nine orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 25, 2014, May 1, 2014, May 22, 2014, May 23, 2014, May 29, 2014 (two orders), June 10, 2014, June 23, 2014, and August 20, 2014, respectively, to recuse the Supreme Court Justice assigned in the above-entitled action, to stay the assigned Supreme Court Justice from rendering further decisions in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
