| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Suffolk County Department of Social Services to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 27, 2014, to include transcripts of certain proceedings which occurred in the Family Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before April 28, 2015, upon proper papers, including a specific description of each proceeding for which the transcripts are sought and an explanation as to why the transcripts of those proceedings are relevant and should be considered in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 27, 2014.
