Motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2014, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic by a subsequent order of the same court dated February 10, 2015, which vacated the order dated July 16, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
